When you place an item in your shopping cart, you are taken to a secure page hosted by PayPal. You can return to Appliance Cover Queen to continue shopping at anytime. When you are ready to check out, your credit card information goes straight to PayPal, on their secure server, and is never seen by Appliance Cover Queen. PayPal electronically transfers the funds to us, along with your order and shipping information, and we promptly fill your order. You get the convenience of specialty store shopping with the certainty of knowing that your personal financial information is being handled by a large, reputable firm.
For custom orders, the same procedures apply, with the exception that we will send you a customized electronic invoice through PayPal. You simply click on the invoice link and securely transfer your funds to PayPal, without exposing your financial account information to anyone else. It's just that easy.
Shipping Information
In most cases your purchase will be shipped out within 3 business days. However, since occasionally we may be unable to meet our speedy shipping goal, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We ship via U.S. Postal Service First Class, Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Shipping and handling is calculated based upon the total purchase amount, and the cost will be shown before you finalize your purchase. (See Shipping Charge Table below). Please note, this is the cost to ship within the continental United States. Return Policy
Because we are fully confident in the quality of our products, we have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy*. If you are unhappy in any way with your appliance cover, please return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. Before ordering, please compare your appliance's measurements with our standard cover size to ensure a good fit (see our FAQ for how to measure an appliance). Customers can always use the custom order form if their appliance does not meet our standard size.(*Please note: For custom orders where the customer provided the measurements, no returns are accepted. Please measure carefully!)
